Something we deal with on a regular basis. Below are some things I do when I become stressed, distressed or depressed.
- Write what I am thinking and feeling in my Journal
- Watch a funny movie or show (Cartoons, SNL Reruns)
- Serve others
- Do something on my things to do list
- Write more on this website
- Meditate
- Pray
- Play with my little Brother and/or sister
- Talk to friends
- BREATHE
- Exercise
