Think of what type of party you want. This
is obviously the most important part. Choose something that would
interest you and your friends.
Create a list of who-all to invite & phone numbers+ [Yes] [No]
[?] [Answering Machine] [Left with person]
Remember to leave messages containing a call back number or voicemail.
Where to meet- Make sure your guests know where you are going to meet
them. Have them repeat the directions to you in their own words. Have a
way for them to contact you if they get lost.
What time- if you don't know when it will end make up a time and go
with it.
Do they need to bring anything?
