A friend of mine sent me this list of things to do to make oneself happy (or at least happier)


1. Free you heart of worries

2. Free you mind of worries

3. Live simply (too much clutter in your life cause worries to invade your heart and mind)

4. Give more (Generosity towards others sifts you thoughts away from yourself and your own worries)

5. Expect Less (the more you try to plan your life out the more you will be disappointed-- Expectation lead to disappointment)
